When Life Starts to Feel Heavy
Feeling stuck in grief, distant from your partner, or like you lack a sense of belonging?
Maybe you’re getting through the day, but everything feels heavier than it used to.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
If you’re looking for online therapy that feels warm, affirming, and grounded in real clinical experience, you’re in the right place. Those feelings of disconnection, uncertainty, or emotional burnout don’t mean something is wrong with you. They mean something important within you needs care.
As a licensed psychologist based in Utah with extensive clinical training and research experience, I help people exactly like you. You don’t have to carry grief, relationship stress, gender dysphoria, or uncertainty about your identity alone. Thoughtful, affirming therapy can help life feel more manageable, connected, and meaningful again.
Online Therapy & Psychological Assessment
Couples Therapy
We’ll look at the patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected in your relationship and learn new ways to communicate, repair after conflict, and feel closer again through structured, evidence-based couples therapy.
Grief Counseling
Grief changes you. Therapy can help you carry it. Together, we’ll make room for your grief, help you feel less alone with it, and find ways to move forward with more compassion and steadiness.
Gender-Affirming Care
Whether you’re questioning, coming out, navigating medical or social transition, or simply wanting a place where you can feel fully yourself, affirming gender therapy can help you feel more confident, grounded, and seen in who you are. Letter writing services are available.
Testing & Assessment
Evaluations can offer insight and validation, helping you make informed, data-driven choices about your care while feeling more grounded in your understanding of yourself. ADHD testing and personality assessment services are available.
Hi, I'm Hannah
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood and supported. I specialize in couples therapy, grief counseling, gender-affirming care, and psychological testing, working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and couples across Utah and more than 40 states through virtual care.
Since 2015, I’ve helped clients navigate relationship challenges, identity exploration, loss, and life transitions using evidence-based approaches grounded in both clinical practice and research. My work focuses on helping people move from feeling stuck or disconnected toward greater clarity, connection, and resilience.
Clients often describe our work as collaborative, authentic, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you can be honest, feel respected, and make meaningful progress at a pace that feels sustainable.
Therapy is not about quick fixes. It’s about building lasting change within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
You deserve a space where you feel truly seen, affirmed, and supported.
If you’ve been carrying grief, relationship strain, or suffering with gender dysphoria, let’s talk.
You don’t have to do this by yourself. Let’s walk through it together.

How to Get Started
You don’t have to wait until you’re ‘ready.’ If you’re curious, overwhelmed, or just needing support, reach out.
1
Book a free consultation
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to get out of the experience. This 15-minute consultation is a chance to connect, ask questions, and make sure we feel like a good fit together. If it feels right, we’ll move forward and schedule your first session.
2
Start routine sessions
We'll meet online for weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on need. I'll pull from several evidence-based modalities to create a treatment plan uniquely for you and your goals, and we'll work towards those goals together.
3
Experience the change
As we work together, I'll routinely check in on progress. Over time, many clients begin to feel more steady and less overwhelmed by their emotions, more connected and understood in their relationships, and more grounded in who they are rather than anxious about how others see them.
