Gender-Affirming Therapy

Gender-affirming therapy is a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore your gender identity, work through dysphoria, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are. Whether you are just beginning to question, already living as your authentic self, or navigating medical or social transition, I am here to support and affirm you.

I have worked with transgender and gender-expansive clients since the start of my clinical training in 2013. I have extensive experience writing letters for gender-affirming medical care in alignment with WPATH standards, and I support clients as they navigate healthcare systems, name and marker changes, coming out, and shifting relationships. Above all, my goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as you move toward a life that feels grounded and authentic.
