Does this sound familiar?

Grief is showing up for you in ways you don’t expect, like irritability, numbness, or feeling like you’re just going through the motions.

You feel like you're having the same conversation over and over in your relationships with no change in sight.

You're excited about being your true self and still feel scared, sad, or overwhelmed at the same time.

Whatever you’re carrying, we can work on it together at your pace. I can meet you where you're at, whether you're just starting to explore or ready to make real change. Avoiding what hurts is understandable. Together, we can work to help you stop running from it so it can heal.

If you’re curious or overwhelmed, send me a message. We can see if we’re a good fit for therapy, no commitment necessary. I am licensed in Utah and am able to practice virtually in 40+ states through PSYPACT.

I work with clients in 40+ states via secure online therapy

I offer flexible scheduling, including evening appointments, to help make therapy accessible.

Hi, I'm Hannah

My path to becoming a therapist came from a belief that meaningful change happens in relationships where people feel truly seen, cared for, and understood. My work focuses on couples therapy, grief counseling, gender-affirming therapy, and psychological assessment, with a strong commitment to supporting LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and couples as well as anyone navigating identity, loss, or relationship challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in research. I don’t rely on techniques alone. I focus on understanding what will actually help you, why it works, and how to adapt therapy to your real life rather than expecting you to fit a model.

Clients often appreciate my authenticity, steady presence, and thoughtful use of humor. I listen closely and create space for both vulnerability and growth, helping clients explore difficult experiences while also recognizing progress along the way.

Therapy with me is a partnership built on trust and respect. My goal is not a quick fix, but meaningful progress developed through a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to do deeper work and supported enough to sustain change over time.

Values That Ground My Work

My practice is built on a foundation of genuine connection, compassion, and evidence-based care. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, understood, and cared for, which is why I work collaboratively and bring warmth, realness, and even a bit of humor into the room.

My work is grounded in the following values:

Authentic connection

Healing happens in real, trusting relationships where you feel genuinely seen and understood.

Compassion without judgment

All parts of you are welcome here, including the ones you’ve been avoiding or feel unsure about

Transformative work

Our work is meant to create meaningful change, not just quick fixes or transactional support.
